Working principle of vertical dryer:
The formed "water balls" are transported to the furnace top by a belt conveyor and evenly distributed throughout the entire cross-section of the furnace top by a fabric device. Briquette moves slowly down on its orbit by gravity while exchanging heat with strong winds. The moisture emitted by the steamed coal is randomly carried away by strong winds. The coal is fully dried after about two hours of evaporation process.

Main applicationsAfter being pressed and formed by a forming machine, the moisture content of pulverized coal is usually 12-14%. After drying, its moisture content is reduced to 2-4%, which can meet the strength and storage requirements. On this basis, after adaptive modification, the moisture content can be reduced to less than 1.5%; It can also dry particles such as agglomerates and coal rods.

① Wipe the equipment with a soft cotton cloth every day to maintain a neat appearance.② Before starting up every day, check the three components of the air source, add lubricating oil when the oil level is low, and drain the stored water.
③ Clean the fluff inside the dust collection box every day to ensure good ventilation and maximize the drying effect of the equipment.
Monthly maintenance and upkeep
① Open the trunk lid and clean the inside of the equipment with a soft cotton cloth.
② Add lubricating oil to bearings and other moving parts to reduce friction.
③ Check the tension of the belt and adjust the pulley.
④ Strengthen the parts that are prone to looseness and detachment after vibration, including electrical circuits, door rocker arms, pipeline connections, etc.
⑤ Regularly clean the accumulated dust inside.
